Based on the video he isn't there yet.

Seems once should add a few more supers so one doesn't have to be so careful in picking where you spend the AP, just pile on till the next phase opens up, finish near the bottom of the list so you see the numbers turn.

while true at time of his posting, i bet he is now; he was 25 SAsc's away from it in the video which judging by his execution time of 2.5 mins = ~63 mins of effort, and >8 hrs have passed since he posted so he's already there by now and just hasn't posted a new pic/video

so he's done it, he just hasn't told us yet ... thus i congratulated him

the big question is ... what next, Ivan? is there anything left for you to do in Idle now?

If that doesn't call for a rage quit, I don't know what does.

I hope/think there should be a warning if you are supering with unfilled artifact slots. Hopefully I'll never know.

You get a warning if you don't select any artifacts, but no warning if you have empty slots.
