Time Warp beyond 2 hours doesn’t help a hardcore player finish levels that much quicker. Two hours is nice because you still need hospital upgrades early in a super ascension but think about what else you get:
1. A negligible amount of money (Ivan has Insane Alloy Values, Insane Cache Boost)
2. Some armies
3. A negligible amount of digging (Ivan gets two Epics every super ascension or about 0.7 Epics every day. Six hours of digging is what, a common?)
I have an insane time warp as my first insane. Nowadays that biggest use of my insane time warp is reducing the cooldown of my legendary supercharge army camp lol
The insane time warp was very useful during my first few super-ascension when I was aiming for one legendary per super-ascension. Not so useful anymore.
If you super ascend every 3 days, you need to calculate with rather 2h per map than 11h. This in general makes passive artifacts better suited than actives as a cooldown of 11h or even 16h means you can anyways use it only every 5-8 maps at most...
And you will have only 3 slots for most of the time, and SAC and TW would block 2. So you cannot combine insane ACacheB and insane CacheB, for instance...
Next super will have 3 Rare + 4 Epic + 5 Legendary + 4 Insane =16slots, so to not throw away a rare I needed a slot this time and next time. Also I want to enjoy the Legos for a little while, before squishing them. With one more slot in four supers, I can build up to 8 Legos before squishing. Not sure what insane I'll go for.
