Wouldn't triple strike be more useful than Acb? I have same artifacts at that sort of level (no insane)

For me personally, epic TS is good enough in many cases and easy and reliable to get. I am only using TS on HRise and EH anyways, so i considered having a precious takeover slot for just 2 maps is overkill.

Fair enough. I only use on hardened levels recently but that's been through choice to see how long they take. The extra troops for legend is helpful sometimes

Why two insane time warps?

Because Ivan can put 1 TW (on cooldown) on 4th slot and when SAsc, the TW is unslotted but cooling down, so a new one can be used (only useful for <16h SAsc)
