Punishment Announcement

3v3 Europe ONE! vs MASTER Clan

Rules in question:

1:Do not send Screenshots of your Games, nor stream your Games to anyone but your teammate(s) for that specific Slot.

2:It is prohibited to get/give help in a Clan League Game from/as any Player, who is not playing in that Game.

Case Description:

During the mentioned game the player rakleader from ONE! sent a screenshot, that shows a part of the mentioned game.

Interpretation:

The pictures have shown a small part of the map. Sending screenshots may cause other players to give their opinion to that game's status and then how it can be played. So you get a forbidden outer influence of how the game is to be played.

Thats been rather difficult here, since the turn was not fully advanced on both the screenshot. They had no end-of-turn status.

The game tended already towards ONE's favor at this point and no tips have been given, that would have changed the outcome of the game.

Still sending screenshots is expressly prohibited.

Additionally comes shortly after rakleader has been notified that this would be against the rules he sent the 2nd screenshot of the same part just a few moves further advanced.

If that rule makes sense or not, is questionable, but shall not affect the decision making in CL16, because for CL16 this rule is valid.

Punishment:

ONE!'s Substitution Limit for the next season becomes reduced by 1/2 to 6 substitutions.

(We reserve the right to increase the punishment for similar cases, if we notice that this rule is further on willingly broken.)
