@Nauz: I could easily retake the clans, it would just take a button press. But I would be king of a desert. The clan is not the community it holds.

AyanM may own MH but (at least pre-split) he had little to do with MH as a community.

If you're going to lose coins anyways, wouldn't you rather do it on a template you don't like? Then you can claim that you weren't trying and aren't actually bad.

I don't think so. I'm not sure what MH could offer us. Optimum already has the CL spot in Div B. We also have pretty much all the CL players. We also now easily beat MH in CW, and I think the current council is thriving without Norman.

I'm just not sure what they could offer?

@sanmu: Outlaws/Lynx merger happened 5+ years after the split. They merged because neither was a CL championship contender on its own and both were dying.

Unlikely that Optimum will merge back into MH anytime soon but it could easily happen in the long run.

Also, best to just ignore Ayan. He's just a piece of historic baggage the clan he named after himself is forever stuck with.

I'm not concerned about a measly 800 coins. Especially when it was effectively 160, the same amount he lost. The only one that has won from our coin games - is Fizzer.

Whenever he feels like some little "social experiment" and/or is intoxicated enough and/or simply on a whim, he will nuke a clan (kick all members) without any hesitation. Did it twice with Prime.

We go way back, almost 10 years now and had to deal with many issues in our clan. I believe it was me who has always pushed to merely look at the facts instead of some bla bla bla sentimental statements.


If someone like sanmu the shamu argues sentimental that the creator of the main WarLight strategy guide, the inventor of the bomb slow pick meta, creator of many private training videos and who has made thousands of discord posts explaining to his clan mates their gameplay mistakes, has 0 interest in his clan growing in terms of skill, then so be it. For the uninvolved, sanmu argued at great length with me disputing that CW is an activity and not a skill based event. Me arguing that at this point in time, losses for us had roughly the same value as wins was then something he interpreted as me not caring about our clan getting better.

You also don't understand statistics nearly as much as you think you do. You think that the winrate of all clans in CW has to regress to 50%, because of the matchmaking system. This is only true if there are an infinite number of clans at about the same skill level. Reality is there are 2 dominant clans at any given moment, and 2-3 semi dominant ones. That's not infinite.
