Lets be honest, i dont see this solution causing any further problems. The few additional organizing things(creating games, stating results) will be done by warlighters clan, so no additional efforts for anyone except the guilty clan.
Most of you has predicted us quite low, so why do you take our chance away to give you a fair competition? It cant be the fear ;)
Additionally i am for public votes, which would make the reasons for the result clearer.

Photon, Arun can post the vote chat game onto the thread here. This is up to the clan leaders, not individual members of the clan. Some clan leaders don't read the forums often.

I agree with JSA on this one he gave us ample time to join though taking awhile to respond to VIW's request he did and got that settled before starting the league, i believe that if your players didn't join in time thats your fault and likely next season you will be sure to get your players to join.

player fails to join: loses points for their clan, thats fair, having them create seperate 1v1 could lead ato problems like other player declining because they have no idea what it is for problems in settings, etc. just realize you had a player representing your clan, if they dont show, they forfeited all their games, pretty simple

Admittedly... the setting up of Group B looked like one of the worst preparations ever. Between Group A starting a lot earlier than Group B, the sudden movement of management and then combination of Groups B and C, and a bunch of adjustments being needed followed by an unexpected late start, combined with pretty much nothing posted on the forum really confused me (and probably quite a few others, too.) Heck, I had no clue which clans were in the group up until the tournament started. Granted, I (as just a normal clan member) don't need to be too informed, but we basically got no feedback at all until it suddenly started.

If the setting up of Group B wasn't so slammed together, I'd tell Arun to just take the -7 because it was his/Thor's fault that a Warlighter didn't join the tournament. But, as it is, a good part of the blame has to do with the fact that Group B was set up pretty badly.

i disagree, i agree it was set up terribly, but when the tourneys were created and waiting for people to join, it was fine, if someone didnt join and the clan leader didnt supply a replacement then they shouldnt have a chance to do it now

I feel that you will find setting up stuff is not as easy as you think when you try it :) I had much less time on my hands than I have had in the past, along with very little participation from the Group B and C leaders, it was very hard to get lineups and find out who else to invite if someone declined. Pushover especially, but also Apollo and Aranka, helped find the lineups for the clans in Group B, which was very helpful. I apologize for the poor setup this season, I feel like I did the best with what I had to work with though. Next season, I plan on giving the leadership of the clan league to a different player, preferrably Chris (he will do a good job and is very committed to clans), or Pushover (he was very quick at getting lineups for Group B this season). Apollo and Arun, among others would also be possible options if Pushover and Chris are not able, but I feel they are not great organizers and would not be as fast and well organized as Chris or Pushover.

Ok, I'll just have to set up a game with clan leaders. I feel that by opposing it, you are taking away from the league. By allowing a full team from each clan, you ONLY add to it - there are no negatives. Is more competition a bad thing? I don't think so. Would other clans prefer to beat someone due to their 7 point deficit, or by beaing them in a much closer and competitive tournament? I believe most would prefer the second option.

Could someone give me the names of the clan leaders?

Arun, I've giving you the oppurtunity to do it if the clan leaders agree. If I was fully opposed, I would not even give you that option. I feel like you should go with the popular vote and if 4/7 of the other clans say they are fine with it, then you are correct with your guess on the second option and you will be allowed to do it.

Warlighters voted yes (obviously).
The 101st voted yes.
BR voted yes (with stipulations).
VIW voted yes (with stipulations).
Masters abstained.
GG, M.C. and Dragons have not yet voted, but their votes won't make a difference to the result (though'd I'd expect at least one, maybe more yeses).

The stipulations BR and VIW brought in were that games made by the clans must show very clearly their purpose (to prevent people declining them and giving away free points). I agreed to this (whether MC does or not remains to be seen); I said the following:
• I would state very clearly in the games what their purpose is.
• I would create my clans' games myself.
• I would leave the order of the games to the organisers of the league (if they chose to leave it to me, I would just do them one at a time in the order shown on the tournament players list).

Waiting on the organisers to decide on the third point and then I will start. Polakillo will represent us - hopefully he can gain us some points (we are already seven points better off :D).

Also, MC will need to be contacted with regards to whether they want to do the same as us (for that reason, I didn't delete the vote game -http://warlight.net/MultiPlayer?GameID=4779570).

Warlighters has no vote, as I already said. So it is 3-0 at the moment. Give them 2 full days to vote, and if all 4 of Masters, GG, MC, and Dragons say no, then it will not be allowed. Granted, it looks almost guarenteed that the final voting will have more yeses, but it is better to be sure. If the opposing clans decline, neither team will have a chance at receiving that point, so it is to their benefit to play it, but also does not promote doing this every clan league since there is a chance more players will decline it and it would give warlighters an unfair advantage.

Fair enough about the vote thing JSA (I completely forgot about it and in the last ten minutes I got very excited :D

Eririn, aren't 2v2s and 3v3s worth more then 1 point? thought they were weighted 1, 2, 4 points

@Seahawks: I'll edit that in; also I wasn't in the second one so I didn't care about it :P
@Miyagi: The overall table (bottom one) makes 2v2's worth 2 points and 3v3's worth 4 points. The top ones merely count games won.
