What do you mean by this one? Do you suggest there should be other ways to get trophies? If yes, what kind of ways are you thinking of?
Well it should be harder. It is currently as easy as being 1st for a couple hours, and that can happen as easily as 1st place dropping out due to a vacation or something similar while you're 2nd. MTL has good mechanics in place here, you gotta be 1st for at least 10 consecutive games. Something like being 1st for a week or two is also an option.
This sounds very broad, what kind of UX improvement are you thinking of? Is it something like putting Ladder scoreboards on Multiplayer dashboard page?
It is broad because it is hard to make concrete suggestions here. Personally I think the whole branding and theme of the game should be shifted more towards the competitive side, which is currently really not the case. Actually, I'm not sure what the branding or USP of the game is at all that it communicates towards users, except that it is similar to Hasbro's risk.
But regarding my comment, I do not expect a major change towards that. I expect maybe some pop-ups, ladders not hidden behind some menu, and most importantly ladder integration in the app.
