12 hours is way to short, then the highest rank is based on the least boots.
So 3 days is too long, 1 day is too short, 12 hours is not discussable

I suggest to Fizzer, make it 2 days!
Or what I do with games 1d12h boot + 1d12h banked time with 3 hours/day build up

Don't follow the extremists but go for the middle to keep everyone more or less happy

No further need for this thread, Fizz is gonna do a poll to query the community on what we really want

There will be an "I don't care option", but not sure what the other options will be, but presumably 1 will be "go back to 3 days", and 1 will be "leave it as 1 day + 2 days banked time"

That is in fact Fizzer's recommendation for those who can't commit to 1d+2d banked - quit the ladder and rejoin in the future when you're able to commit to it

But that said, he also committed to doing a poll to query the community, so all is not lost yet; the question becomes a matter of how many actually like the sped up time and will vote to keep it with the accelerated time config vs those who want to back to 3d, and we'll find out when the poll happens
