Give multiplier to clans who play within the 40 member clan confines. If your clan has 40 members all members receive powers 2x and 1.5x coins.

Maybe some kind of way to vote in different QM and MTL templates, would give more weight to QM voting, also timeslots every hour instead of every four would be nice.

More avoidance of no game results. Our clam rating is high enough that it doesn't impact us, but there were times and it's just special needs.

Remove clam limits for all clams. Most clams avoided it by going with old clams so whatever the policy had hoped to achieve has failed and if someone has a cool concept for a new clam they shouldn't be required to abandon it by having to zombie an old clan with a different name.
Allow clam name changes, perhaps a one time thing with a charge thereafter, or even for money each time. It must suck to buy a clam and have a spelling mistake [apparently it happened] and to the point above for taking over old clams, or just wanting to go in a different direction.
Did I mention cupcakes? Cupcakes.

1) 1 quick (SE) template every slot, 1 start template every slot. 1 strat 2v2 every slot.
2) Add new templates (2v2 Kabix, 2v2 Biomes, MEAD, some MTL templates, some casual 1v1 templates)
3) REMOVE CLAN CAP!!!!!!!!
4) Let everybody who wants to play play and then take into account only best 40 from each clan.
5) Get rid of 'no games' for low elo clans.



Though I think I should strive for some more achievable goals, like curing cancer or world peace.

If you prevent no game from happening, someone will get a template they didn’t want to play on.

"Let everybody who wants to play play and then take into account only best 40 from each clan." that directly contradicts itself. You can’t let both all players and only top 40 play.

I don’t think the inclusion of both coin rewards and idle rewards is a good idea for clan wars. The value of coins in Idle is much lower than the Idle rewards. I would like clan wars to either be Idle-only rewards or no reward. But I completely disagree in current format of Clan Wars and it should be like Clan League instead except being more easily open to anyone. Imo rewards as a whole should be removed, points and achievements are enough. There’s no need to encourage someone who doesn’t necessarily want to Classic to require playing Classic.

“Prevent no game” is referring to the situation where, on a single template, Clan A has 3 players, Clan B has 3 players, and Clan C has 2 players but only 3 games start. There are pros and cons to pairing Clan C in this situation but many feel the pros outweigh the cons.

Kallisti’s third and fourth points are crystal clear and I agree with both as well. The current system isn’t set up for small clans or large clans, it’s set up for mercenary clans with a rotating cast of characters who can play consistently for the next three weeks. Removing the cap and 40 player rule will allow *all* clans to compete on equal footing.

At least give free wins if there are 3 or less people on given template. The situation when you can't go to FB because even though you have 5 opponents, there is already one teammates of yours so 'no game' is likely is ridiculous.

There are several people from our clan who would play CW two or three games, but are not allowed so we get good CW performance. There are some people who play one or two CW games and do nothing. 4) would increase the number of participants in CW and make clan leaders not be pregnant about people who join CW and then stop playing.

It should be easy to implement: your win can contribute to territory only if there are less than 40 players with the same or higher number of wins as you in your clan. Only top 40 will get CW rewards, so monster clans should still not be a thing.

In practice, that would allow clans of 100 people play CW and everybody would get Idle rewards for conquering territories from the system, but that is a small price to pay for more participants and friendlier clan leaders.

One common theme here is eliminate or reduce "no games"

Matchups are currently done by matching all highest CWR clan first.
By matching a random player, (keeping the minimum CWR delta) the no games would be distributed randomly, as would the free wins.

Modified matching algorithm:
Do until no players left
Pick a player in template at random.
If
any other unmatched players left to match
Then
Match according to current minimum CWR delta.

Else
Award free win/no game as appropriate.
Endif
End do loop.

This will randomize and minimize "no games"

Coins are quite useful for idle. 50 coins for a 30% gain in AP if used on Hex maps can mean saving having to repeat the level another time, half an hour of grinding
Also if yu got a few moments before an artifact comes due, spend a coin or two and then go on with your day instead of waiting.

LD Siege

LD siege could very well end up in many trolls stalling for 3 hours straight. only members can play such template without risk of autopilot

Well, all the changes that would make it a skill competition rather than an activity competition. Just to throw in a few obvious ones:

- Include more strategic templates and make sure at least one from the non-SE and non-wild-MME clones category is available

- Wins have to give more points if they were achieved against a clan with higher CWR, and losses should cost points. You can introduce a minimum participation for a clan to be considered for rewards, but it's unavoidable that win % decides the winner clan and not win count

Not that any of this will happen :')

Lotto templates as a whole have no place in any sort of competitive event.
