I mean, it's not an issue. I just think that TLW and TRF stand out from other clans in how seriously they take internal politics. Even CORP, whose administrative structure makes me worry quite often that it's too complex, just has a council of advisors and an open system below that where any group of people can focus on a common goal. Like, no constitution, and nothing that's irrelevant to the metagame.

To my knowledge, y'all are the only clans that have that sort of RP in metagame, and that's kind of interesting.

I helped make this constitution - hit me up if you want to make CORP this complex as well :).

I combined the 1905 and 1918 constitutions of Russian Empire and the RSFR, thus keeping monarchy but also allowing freedoms, programmes to do things and more.

THE GOVERNMENT OF THE ROYAL FALCONS

CHAPTER I - THE DUCHIES

SECTION I - There shall be five duchies, namely: Saxony, Tuscany, Lithuania, Bavaria and Holland.

SECTION II - Members must be in a duchy to join the election process.

SECTION III - The ministers elected by their duchy also become the new Duke of the duchy.

CHAPTER II - THE PARLIAMENT

SECTION I - The Parliament shall consist of 10 ministers elected from the Duchies by the members of the Duchies, and the Prime Minister.

SECTION II - The Ministers shall hold their position until either condition is met:
- One term (two months) as Minister
- Resignation

SECTION III - The Prime Minister is the intermediary between the Royal Court and the Parliament. They shall be appointed by the King with a 4/5 vote of approval in Parliament.

SECTION IV - The Prime Minister is appointed by the King with a 4/5 vote of approval from the Parliament. The Prime Minister shall hold their position until either condition is met:
- One term as Prime Minister
- Resignation

SECTION V - Parliament will be held through a PM created by the Prime Minister. Parliamentary Meetings cannot be ended unless there is a seat change in either Parliament or The Royal Court.

SECTION VI - The Parliament will be responsible for all changes to the Constitution. Changes to the Constitution will be passed with a 4/5 vote of approval.

CHAPTER III - THE ROYAL COURT

SECTION I - The Royal Court shall consist of a King and a Prince.

SECTION II - The King is the ultimate authority in the clan, and the Prince his heir and second in command.

SECTION III - The Royal Court may not hold any other position of power in the Parliament or High Command.

SECTION IV - Should the King, for whatever reason, be unfit to rule the Royal Falcons, the Prince will temporarily hold the position of King until such conditions:
- The King becomes fit to rule again.
- One month has passed since the King has become unfit to rule.
- One month will pass since the King has become unfit to rule.

SECTION V - If the King has been unfit to rule for one month, or will be unfit to rule for one month, the Prince will become the next King of the Royal Falcons.

SECTION VI - Should the Prince be unfit to rule the Royal Falcons for one month, the King must appoint a new Prince.

SECTION VII - The King and Prince have the power to call a meeting between the Royal Court, the Prime Minister and the Supreme Commander, and will last for one month or until the King calls for the end of the meeting.

CHAPTER IV - THE MILITARY

SECTION I - The Military of the Royal Falcons shall be led by the High Command, consisting of the Supreme Commander and their Commanders.

SECTION II - The King is the highest authority in the Military. However, the Supreme Commander is the ultimate authority of the Military. They appoint the admirals and commanders and decide how the Military shall be run.

SECTION III - The Commanders shall command the battalions of the Military. A Commander, along with the Supreme Commander, shall decide how their Battalion will be run.

SECTION IV - Any member in the Military may not join Parliament or the Royal Court. However, they may join a Duchy and vote in the election process.

SECTION V - The Military shall be completely independent from the Parliament.

SECTION VI - Should the Supreme Commander resign from one month absense or otherwise, the King will appoint a new Supreme Commander from the Commanders.

SECTION VII - The Navy shall have an Admiral who appoints Captains and runs the Navy.

CHAPTER V - THE JUDICIARY COURT

SECTION I - There shall be 5 Judiciaries. 2 shall be appointed by the King, 2 shall be appointed by the Prime Minister, and 1 shall be appointed by the Supreme Commander.

SECTION II - The Judiciaries shall hold no position in the Parliament or High Command.

SECTION III - The Judiciaries shall interpret the Constitution, and will handle all trials in the Royal Falcons.

SECTION IV - The following is outlawed and to be enforced by the Judiciary Court:
- Using offensive or discriminatory language towards another member
- Inadherence to the membership requirements
- Treason

CHAPTER VI - THE ELECTION PROCESS

SECTION I - On the last week of every term, elections to Parliament shall begin. Elections will be decided using Mixed-Member Proportional.

SECTION II - Parties must have at least one candidate in every

- The parties shall PM their five Duchy candidates to the Prime Minister.
- The Prime Minister shall create a thread on the clan forum, listing the party candidates for every Duchy.
- Everyone that is able to shall vote for the candidates in their duchy, as well as the party they want represented in Parliament.
- The votes are tallied at the end of the week, and the Parliament is replaced.

CHAPTER VII - MEMBERSHIP

SECTION I - Nobody shall become a member of The Royal Falcons until such conditions have been met:
- The level of ten or above.
- A boot rate under 50%.
- No position of power in any foreign element.
- No previous grievances in The Royal Falcons, unless said grievances have been rectified.

SECTION II - All members of The Royal Falcons must adhere to these conditions, or they will face expulsion from The Royal Falcons:
- The adherence of the conditions of becoming a member of the Royal Falcons.
- A position in a Duchy.
- No absense for longer than a week, unless they have notified the Royal Court of their absense.

SECTION III - All members that are not in a position of power in the government may join the Military.
