This mod allows attacks of 1 attacking army against 1 defending army to kill the defending army. The game creator can decide if the defending territory becomes neutral or becomes owned by the attacking player (defaults to attacking player owning the territory). There will be 0 armies on the attacked territory.

For this mod to take affect:

• One army stands guard must be enabled.
• Offensive kill rate must be at least 50%.
