Arab is definitely an ethnicity. They come form Arabia. They spread out across the Middle East and have become watered down a little, but it is a clear ethnicity, just like the Hebrews are a Semitic ethnicity.
In that case, Jews and Arabs are both from the same race as both are Semitic peoples.
Arabs do not all come from Arabia. It is pretty obvious, for example, that Sudanese and Somali people did not come from Arabia. The same is the case for Palestinians. They were Arabised in the 600s and 700s AD. They were originally Canaanites and Romans, and have completely different genetics than Arabians.
Arabians are different from Arabs in that Arabians come from the Arabian Peninsula and Arabs speak the Arabic language. Arabians are, by default, Arabs. They are the descendants of Abraham through his son Ishmael by historical consensus.
It is easy to mix up the two terms, I understand, but it quite a dangerous thing to do, as people often presume that Palestinians are Arabs who settled in Palestine after the expulsion of Jews.
Arab rule only came to Palestine after the fall of Byzantium, and the area was inhabited by people of Roman descent, as was the area currently part of Lebanon and Western Syria. There is no evidence of large-scale migration from the Arabian peninsula into the region at this point, and this would explain the obvious physical differences between Arabians and Palestinians/Lebanese, as well as genetic differences.
You say that the way to make up for Israel's existence is to give Palestinians/Arabs/Muslims "equal rights to ownership, jobs, marriage and justice regardless of language, race or religion."What you fail to realize is that ISRAEL ALREADY GIVES PALESTINIANS/ARABS/MUSLIMS IN ISRAEL THESE THINGS. Find me a law that denies Muslims a right. You can't. It is the most progressive, equal, democratic state in the Middle East. While the Muslim states treat non-Muslims as inferior and deny them basic rights (see Saudi Arabia for examples), Israel has ZERO laws of this manner.
Palestinians under Israeli military occupation are forced from their homes, are denied citizenship and basic humanitarian assistance from the state. Israel does not recognise these people as residents of Israel even though it claims sovereignty over the entire area which is extremely hypocritical.
For the record, Saudi Arabia does not discriminate against people of different religions. All foreign citizens are treated equally except in specific cases in which religious law applies.
Your hatred of Israel's existence and legitimacy is based on falsehoods and misconceptions. I'm glad I could point them out so others aren't as misinformed.
First of all, don't accuse me of hating an entire state just because I point out its flaws. Israel, just as America, France and Russia are, should be subject to scrutiny in its military conduct. Being Jewish does not grant a person immunity to scrutiny or criticism.
Also, it seems now that you are the one who is misinformed, as you fail to even recognise the Palestinian people as a distinct, separate nation with an identity. This is the first step on the way to dehumanisation which will result in great tragedies of humanity.
Reading your bio, I see you are a conservative like me, so I am confused at seeing your misinformation and position on this topic. It is typically the Liberals who hate on and blame Israel. Why is your position the way it is? Is it just misinformation? Or is it personal in some way?
I feel offended that you expect me to bend to your understanding of political correctness.
Is it incomprehensible for your intellect to understand how someone can have a critical viewpoint of something you so adamantly blindly support?
Please, stop thinking of everything from the perspective of any categorisation.
