However when you look closer and actually watch the games you see lots of bullshit going on when those shiny heroes play. As I played the 2v2 ladder I took the time to look into the games of my opponents / into the games of other contenders for number 1 spot. Without following victory for example the Master guy wouldn't have achieved rank 1:

I get what you're trying to do here. You want to prove that you are the best. But you don't need to belittle everyone else that plays the ladder.
I honestly couldn't give a fuck about the rank 1 on any ladder if it's through stalling or cheating. I've been ranked 1 numerous times on both the 1v1 and RT ladders for half a day and not received that golden trophy most people seem to so desperately covet. Do I want to be the best player? Of course I do, but cheating and stalling your way to success is not my style.
I play the 2v2 ladder because I have a good time discussing strategy with my team mate and we are great friends. The banter alone makes it worth while.
The specific game you brought up was against Ottoman Emperor who has since retired from the game(at least that's what we were told on our clan chat). He also booted from many games and not just the one you linked to. Honestly, if we knew what Bjarke's income was, I'd have surrendered even after Ottoman's boot.
Here's all the games he booted, it's a pity you didn't "look closer and actually watch the games".
