In my mind, none of the losing parties have paid up and so I'm not going to be doing the challenge until that happens. You may be able to do it with another veteran player if they are up for it.

I think this particular challenge is designed for people that are on the fence about joining. Where they have the $30 and they are still deciding whether or not to join. This challenge helps them out with their decision and has a possibility to save them some money.

Don't forget that I'm from Ukraine. When I choose my country I'm suggested to pay either with my credit/debit card, or with PayPal account. If you cannot trust anyone else based on 3 others that have not paid up, then maybe this thread should be closed. Just saying.

It isnt fair that these other no-payers have caused trust issues with all other non-member WL players that would be willing to pay up.

I'm just sayin...3 out of the 3 haven't paid. Not entirely motivating. It's not that I don't trust everyone else. I just want to make sure the integrity of the bet holds true. I'd be happy to continue doing this wager but I want the others uphold their end before we move on.

Perhaps it might be best with future competitors to have the challengers put $30 down right off the bat, and then if they win you would repay it to them (or it would be returned to them). That's more like how a real bet works, it has the security that a better can't just keep betting and never worry about having to pay back the house.

someone beat you to that idea Waya earlier in the thread. I think that is a sound idea just because this isn't a challenge for someone to not have the money. This challenge is for someone who is able to pay but is on the fence about joining. Something like this though would have to be set up by Randy or some app that holds the money like a bookie or something

The next guy I'd like to see as a member has been showing up a lot in the end of tournaments placing high and has been around a lot. I'd like to see rayguns try on the challenge against someone to see if he can join.
