Wow so this game https://www.warlight.net/MultiPlayer?GameID=11411033 actually ended up deciding 2v2 FE, if the results flipped we would both be 4-1 with BIA having tiebreaker! This game was probably one of the closest games I ever played lol.

well, that update solidifies (almost) that MH will promote. Any MH win or BIA loss will make it a sure thing MH gets 1st or 2nd. VS is also close to ensuring at least 2nd needing just an 11 points swing). Also, LEA has now secured the relegation position with CORP one point higher than LEA's max. So the only real questions left:

MH or VS in first?
BIA or Hydra for third?

Not just normal MH arrogance, but I do believe we hold off VS for first, though it will be close.
Hydra, I'm betting on you to edged BIA at the end. Don't let me down.

@Emu Pub, at this point M'Hunters has 1st locked up. I say that because on 2v2 China one player booted on picks in two games. That should hurt VS's chances in those games to win. With only 2-3 record on Final Earth, a 2-3 or 3-2 record likely on 2v2 China and a 4-1 or 5-0 record on ME, VS isn't closing the gap M'Hunters established on 1v1s. Sure, VS probably will edge out M'Hunters on 3v3s, but not but a large enough margin to matter.

As to the Hydra, BIA result. I still am predicting that Hydra will win out over BIA. A crucial tournament is going to be 2v2 China where I originally though me and Benajmin628 would go 2-3. but by winning against M'Hunters I upgraded that to 3-2, now with VS getting booted on picks, we could go 4-1 or even 5-0 if we can beat BIA. The BIA vs. Hydra game on 2v2 China will be very important.

So, just thought I'd zero in on the individual game type win rates to see where clans are doing well and where clans are struggling:

• So we will start at the bottom with LEA. Team games have been a wall to them. No wins, and with only a few games left LEA may go winless on team games. Next, lets focus on the all clan's 2v2 win rates; 2v2s are a surprising clusterfuck. 5 clans have a positive win rate, you can thank LEA for propping the other clans up here, but no one is doing much better then the others.
  
• Next is CORP. 2v2s are CORP's lone bright spot this Clan League. Ox did say that 2v2s were where CORP would shine this season and he has been absolutely correct. The only tournament that CORP has a legitimate shot at winning right now is 2v2 ME (2v2 China is too early still). I expect more wins from 2v2s for CORP as the clan sputters to the finish line this season with poor 1v1 and 3v3 performances hampered by inactivity.
  
• 2v2s are Hydra's best performance but that is more a fact that neither 1v1s nor 3v3s went well this season. With 2v2 ME almost over for Hydra, the focus turns to 2v2 China and whether the clan will do closer to the clan's sweep of Final Earth or the bomb that has been 2v2 ME.
  
• BIA has done well on 1v1s and 2v2s with solid teams in all tournaments; but 3v3s are dragging them down right now. Though some wins are to be expected on 3v3 GL, the 3v3 win rate is probably at its lowest right now. 2v2 China, like for Hydra, will probably be the determining factor of which clan ends up in 3rd.
  
• I'm going to lump VS and M'Hunters together because I want to. Both are equal to or above the rest of the clans, particularly on 1v1s and 3v3s. The 3v3s are way out ahead of the rest of the clans. To me this is the largest factor of why M'Hunters and VS will promote. The other clans simply lack cohesive, experienced, and just good teams on 3v3s.

To all the clans regarding 3v3s, cohesion, experience and communication are key, without it you cannot succeed. So I'll let Yoda close this post off:

Week 10 Summary:

Things happened this week! 5 games finished and clans actually swapped places. I know! You may have to sit down. Of course, I am a little annoyed that Hydra, (2-0) this week) had a 7 point lead over BIA, (1-0) this week, and then BIA finished a game yesterday to cut the lead down significantly so....grrrrrr



Overall this week, the main things of note are VS, (1-1) in this week, and M'Hunters, (2-0) this week, are diverging a bit with M'Hunters holding strong and pushing ahead and VS stagnating. Though Hydra and BIA are zero threat at this point. VS only needs to finish 1 more game to be guaranteed promotion (VS points is 119 and Hydra/BIA have 122 and 120 max points).



LEA lost 3 more games.

Now, you may be thinking that this is a boring update and it is. I was thinking of doing something for this update but I'll be putting it up in a week or two until it is more applicable.



P.S.: I just realized its worth noting that M'Hunters (already guaranteed promotion) and VS (1 game away from promotion) will promote from C to B and LEA will relegate. So with that in mind, does anyone here care if I continue doing updates? I mean, CORP doesn't seem to care, BIA barely comments, and Hydra can just follow along internally. I'm just curious.

The updates are appreciated. Been great to date.

You don't have to do them as frequent (in fact you don't have to do them at all) however they are always interesting, even if nothing happens.

Maybe try doing two weeks for each update?

Yeah, with the division 88% complete, I'll just do updates for when something significant happens and for tournament summaries.

I mean updates could be important for 1st and 2nd because glory for whoever wins

and for 3rd and 4th could be very important if a clan in A/B drops out.. The clan with 3rd place gets promoted and 4th place doesn't..

So there is plenty of reason to at least keep updating if the scores are 27 - 22 each I would think each game is pretty important :p
