Wally, if you oppose any supreme court ruling, you oppose their ruling of something being constitutional. If you cannot oppose their ruling of something being constitutional, you cannot oppose anything they do.

You are free to 'oppose' anything you want, because that has no legal or practical meaning. It just means you don't like it. Nobody is forcing you to like anything. But when you claim that what they have ruled is not actually law, then you are wrong. They decide the law. Not you.

I can only claim that it is unconstitutional and therefore not law because that is what they do, decide whether or not is constitutional. If something is unconstitutional, it violates the constitution and is therefore not law, I cannot simply disagree with their ruling and not claim it is unconstitutional, and therefore not legitimate law, as their ruling pertained to whether the ACA was constitutuonal or not.
