Update 11-03-2017

Hello,

I'm Min34 and I'll be your friendly scorekeeper for now (until Motonub returns).

The last update was at 25-02! A lot has happened since then!

How did each clan do?

VS: Since the last update VS finished 5 games. They won 4 of these! They won 2 2v2 games and 2 3v3s as well. This means they racked up a nice 18 points already! They beat VIW twice, WG once and MH once. They only got beaten by VIW on 2v2 Guiroma. This score actually gives them the first place right now. If they can keep this momentum up, they are certain to promote!

BIA: BIA continues to surprise! In the last update they were 2-0, but since then they have gone 5-3, putting them at 7-3 in total! This is enough for the second place! It's safe to say that BIA has surprised most so far, but it would be great to see them continue like this.
This nice record is thanks to 4 wins on 2v2 and 1 win on 3v3. They beat Sninja twice. They also beat VIW. But even the favourites MH and GG couldn't handle their strength! They beat GG on Deadman's RoR and they beat MH on China. These games are very important to keep the edge over those clans. So far it's looking good for BIA. They are sitting in the second promotion spot and might even hope to see themselves in A next season. All that is certain is that they are doing better than most predicted! Keep it going, guys!

GG: GG had some decent weeks as well. They went 3-2. They won one 3v3 and two 2v2s. Sninja, BIA and WG all got beaten by them once. Their two losses, however, come from VIW and BIA, the two clans that were seen as the weakest two at the beginning of the season. This shows that no points should be taken for granted! GG isn't doing badly at all. Their total score is 4-2. This gives them the third place. So far they haven't lived up to the role of favourite yet, but they have only just started, so it's too early to say they are underperforming!

Sninja: Sninja went a flat 3-3 these past weeks. This puts them at a total of 3-4. Whilst this is currently good enough for the 4th place, it is doubtful it will stay like that the entire season. They won two 2v2s and one 3v3. They beat VIW, BIA and MH. The latter is very important since it will keep MH behind them. At the moment they aren't under- or overperforming. If they want to promote they'll have to pick it up, though!

WG: WG is one of the clans that is underperforming atm. In the past weeks, they went 2-3. They beat VIW and BIA on GuiRoma and Europe respectively. Unfortunately, they lost a 3v3 with a boot from ChrisCMU. They were predicted to come in third and maybe have a shot at promotion. So far WG hasn't shown us that they can. Hopefully, they can pick it up and compete with the others.

MH: MH is doing badly. Unfortunately for them, they went 2-3 over the past weeks. This puts them at 2-4. For a clan with the ambition to promote this season, it must be annoying to find themselves at the single to last place. Their wins were against WG and VIW, who are their direct opponents atm. Sninjas, BIA and VS all got a win over them, though, making the gap bigger. It's still the beginning of the season, but for now, MH is looking at a relegation. They will need to pick it up in order to gain that promotion spot!

VIW: VIW is starting to lack behind. They went 2-6 in the past week. This means they are the only clan in group B that shows a clear gap to the other clans. So far they seem to follow the predictions and take one of the relegation spots. Surprisingly, their two wins were against VS and GG, two of the top clans in this group. Although, to be fair, their win against GG was only because the GG team didn't join in time. If VIW wants to stay in B it's better that they get their shit together and start winning some more games. The sooner they start with it, the better!.

Hello!

It's time for another update!

Compared to the previous update this group has slowed down! Only 4 games finished in the past week.



2v2 Final Earth
On Final earth, EZPickens and MIFRAN (GG) defeated Vicnus and Rocky1 (VS).
This means GG is now 3-0 on this template! VS goes 1-1.

2v2 GuiRoma
No games finished on this template in the past week.

2v2 China
ViralGoat and Botanator (BIA) defeated tobe and DemHunt(UA) (VS).
This means BIA is now an amazing 4-0 in this tourney. They and GG are the only clans that can still go undefeated in this tournament (GG hasn't finished any games on this template yet).
VS has gone 1-1 so far.

3v3 Deadman's RoR
No games finished on this template.

3v3 Europe
Two games finished on Europe this week.
ChrisCMU, Reza and almosttricky (WG) defeated MoOoOoOoO, Le Count H and ilpeggiore (VIW).
Jaymer, Acrid and Maxamoose (Sninja) defeated Nordic, Booba and Gajda (BIA)

For the standings on Europe this means the following:
WG is now 2-1
VIW is going 0-3
SNinja stands at 2-0
and BIA now is 0-2.


Clans
What do last week's results mean for the clans?

GG: GG has jumped to the first place! Last week they were third, but thanks to their 1-0 record this week they managed to jump to the first place! In total, they are now 5-2. Let's see if they can hold on to the first place and secure a promotion spot!

BIA: BIA had a mixed week. They went 1-1. They beat their direct opponent VS on China but lost a 3v3 Europe game to Sninja. Whilst this isn't the best result, it is good enough for them to remain in second place!. Their total record is now 8-4! Still on track for that promotion spot! Let's keep it up BIA!

VS: VS dropped from first to third. This is because they went 0-2 in the past week. This is of course not the result they were hoping for. Their total record is now 4-3. Can VS keep up with their strong start or was the beginning just a surprisingly good one for VS?

Sninja: Sninja had a good week. They went 1-0 this week and gathered a nice 5 points. Their total record now stands on 4-4. They are not too far from VS, can they put up a fight and enter the top 3?

WG: WG had a good week as well. Just like Sninja, they went 1-0 this week with a win on Europe. Thanks to this they can distance themselves a little bit from the relegation spots. Their record is now 3-3.

MHunters: The most exciting thing to happen this week for MH is the fact that Norman gave away their tactics. It has now become clear that they are so noble as to give some free points to the other clans to keep the competition fair. Nonetheless, they didn't finish any games this week and still stand in a relegation spot at 2-4.

VIW: VIW didn't pick up the pace this week. They went 0-1 and now stand at 3-9. VIW should start to show its muscles and win some game soon!.

Oops, you're right. I've corrected it!

GG wants to cancel the substitution on old strat ME. Mike goes back in instead of Flyingbender

That counts as two subs.

In this occasion it does not. I talked about this with MotD and because of the unclear start dates of the 1vs1 tourneys it will be allowed to cancel a substitute before the tourney starts or replace player B with player C and still counts as 1 substitute. Once the tourneys are started and you substitute someone it will count as a second substitute indeed. Like i said before, if we had known the 1vs1 would start this late we would have never substituted mike in the first place

^It would be dumb to punish a clan that actually controls their lineup, and keeps it up to date.

Just so we are all on the same page, quoting from the PM I sent to the affected clans.

Since we didn't give out a start date for 1v1s, we have decided to allow the following:

• If a clan made a sub replacing A with B on a 1v1
  
  • The clan can replace B with C and the total substitutions will still be 1.
    
  • The clan can replace B with A(i.e, cancel their sub) and the total substitutions will be 0.
  
  
• This is only applicable until the 1v1s start. After that date(April 1), if B is replaced with C, it will count as 2 subs(A->B, B->C)

What does this mean for the total standings?

GG
GG went 2-0 this week. This is a very good result and solidifies their first place! GG is on its way to promote! They now stand at a total of 7-2.

VS
VS has managed to take the second promotionspot. They went 3-1 this week. This result puts them in the second place. Their total is now 8-4.

BIA
BIA has dropped from the promotionspot and fallen in to the third place. This is due to their 1-2 result this week. This means they are now 9-6. They can still get that promotionspot if they pick it up.

SNinja
SNinja keeps going at a steady pace. Their record this week was 1-1. They remain in the 4th spot. Their total is now 5-5. Their perfectly even score lands them in the middle spot. Whilst not good enough to promote, SNinja is certain to avoid relegation if they continue like this.

WG
WGs week wasnt that great. They went 1-2 and come closer to the relegation spot. Their total record is now 4-6. If they want to avoid relegation they need to perform better than this.

MH
MH went 1-2 this week as well. Because of this they do not manage to gain points on WG. They remain in one of the relegation spots at 3-6.

VIW
VIW had a very active week. They went 2-3. This record is good enough to keep up with the others this week. They remain in last, however, and have a total record of 5-12. VIW is the clan with most games finished. This means the 1v1 stage is going to be extra important for them, since their chances at performing well in the teamsection has become small.

Next update will be the last one before the 1v1s start. They are sure to stir somethings up!
