Hey Clan League panel,
I just took the time to read through the current set of rules. I have found some rules that are in my opinion no well defined. And only will lead to questions and drama while CL is ongoing. For the sake of saving your's and other's time I recommand to clear them up before Clan League 12 starts and adapt rules in the sheet so everyone knows what is meant. At least as far as possible.
I have made one personal expirience in Clan League 11. Before it started I asked in Division Q2 Thread if a sub between submission deadline of the lineup and the start of the tournament uses up 1 of the allowed subs or if it is a free sub. In Q2 it was told to me that it uses up 1 sub by the clan league organizer. I relied on that this will be the final decision and didnt insist that it is added the bill of rules. Some days later the same topic was discussed in Division A and there it was determined that it does not count as sub.... Well... I had my lessons learned. So please check my following comments. And add phrases where it is necessary. Thanks!

Alt Accounts
Due to the vacations rule, alt accounts will be allowed to accommodate those who need to vacation on their main account.
Please give an example how an alt account can be used.
Is it meant like the following scenario?
If you for example play 2 slots, but only have time to play 1 slot at once. Are you then able to play 1 slot with your main and 1 slot with your alt. Then you set a vacation on your main. With this vacation you dont have to join this game within 3 days, but within 20 days. So you have 20 days time to play 1 slot with your alt account before starting the 2nd slot with your main?
Else I dont get the function of this rule. Please provide an example.
Does this alt also have to meet the level requirements for game creation?
Does this alt has to be on the clan's roster and uses up 1 of the 25 slots?
Does it use up 1 substitution when I sub in an alt for the main?

Criteria for Claiming a Clan Spot
If a player goes AWOL (or is suspended from CL), he doesn't count toward meeting the 1/3 of players requirement. None of the points he won count either. If this player was on a team, the points will be pro-rated.
When does a player counts to be AWOL? last seen 100d? 30d? 10d? 5d? 0 pts in last 30d? Please define.

Clan movement/ representation
If a player played for Clan X in CL 9 and moved to clan Y in CL 10, then they can not represent Clan X in CL 11. This rule is meant to stop free movement of players and restrict the advantages gained via allied clans (For ex - FakeNamePlayer for Masters/Apex, Lynx/101st, Masters/Apprentice, GG/GGr etc).
Note : This rule was tweaked from CL 10 rules. The extra waiting time was reduced from 2 to 1 CL.
Please explain the initial example of this rule to the end. It is only said that the players cant represent Clan X in CL11. Please add when this player is allowed to play for Clan X again. In CL12?
The additional note "The extra waiting time was reduced from 2 to 1 CL." loses me completely. The waiting time was reduced to 1 CL. Means the initial example is wrong? In CL9 the player plays for Clan X. In CL10 he plays for Clan Y and plays there for 1 CL. Means for me he can play for Clan X again in CL12.
4)
Stalling
Excessive stalling (extending a game beyond a reasonable limit) will be handled by the ethics panel. Two offenses are a warning and the third offense is a 1 slot ban.
What is meant with an offense? If my opponent tells me 3times to play faster, then I get a 1 slot ban?
What is a 1 slot ban? Am I then allowed to play only 2 slots in the ongoing Clan League season instead of 3. Or am I allowed to only play 2 slots in the next Clan League Season?

Mideason Registration
You may add as many new accounts as you like up to the roster limit.
Can I put players into the roster due to midseason registration that has not been part of the clan to the submission deadline of the first roster?

Substitution
Every clan can replace 12 slots(out of 18) over the course of the season. If player represents 3 slots, they can be partially replaced and continue to play some of the slots as well(i.e, substiuted in some,but not necesserily all of their slots). If a clan has used up 6 substitutions over the season, it cannot make any further ones regardless of the circumstances.
In the case I sub player A for player B, because player A has any temporary private issue. Am I allowed to sub player B for player A again, when he comes back? For exampl: Game 1, 2, 5 and 6 are played by player A and 3 and 4 are played by player B.
If so:
Does it it count for 1 sub or does it count for 2 subs?
Does it count for 1 used slot of player A or 2 slots for player A?

My personal expirience of Clan League 11
As well please add the rule that defines that it does not count as sub if a player is subbed after lineup submission deadline but before first games are created.
