Cheating is cheating regardless of it being public knowledge.
About the Mod case - Honestly, I would say it's not cheating. Yes, I know its against the rules, BUT it's not cheating. I consider cheating as a thing that helps you to win, or so. And putting him in our lineups didn't give us any advantage that we wouldn't have without him. We could put any of our members in same spots, and probably get about same results from those tournies (if not better, since desi got booted a few times).
Please don't misunderstand me. I know it's illegal, BUT "cheating" is the wrong word, isn't it? :)
EDIT: I expect a reply that says "cheating is to do something illegal". And yeah, basically it is, but i also expect most here (except pulsey) to see my point :)
