When you super ascend, the artifacts you had get unequiped, even if on coooldown.

As long as you dont select those in your first 3 to keep, they remain unequiped when starting the next SA.

So, you can use that to have 2+ of the same arti on cooldown.

super ascending unequipps all but the first three artifacts you click on
