I was wondering, who was the single most impressive player this season. Picking just 1
person seemed unfair to others. A dream team of 6 players was still hard, so I present...
xXx_The Dream Team of Top 10 MVPs_xXxAutomatixSwitzerland
Automatix is the first obvious choice. Being totally undefeated for a long time, in the
end he finished 19-3. That's 86% win rate, which is the highest of all the players who
reached the knockout phase.
rakleaderFrance
Rakleader's 15-3 may be lower, but these wins came in when they were needed the most. His
record in the knockout stage is 7-1, that's super impressive considering the competition.
Clearly the shiniest star of his team - the team that won the trophy.
master of desasterSwitzerland
Mod went 20-5 total, including 8-1 in the knockouts. All eyes were on him in the
semifinal against Italy. Mod was present in the last remaining games of that matchup. He
needed the perfect record for his team to advance, and he delivered. A true champion of his team.
PavluskiGermany C
His team didn't reach the knockouts, so what? Pavluski simply must be present on this
list thanks to his 13-1 record. Went 1-1 against USA and then 2-0 against AUS&NZ, against
Canada, against Netherlands... against everyone he met.
HergulItaly
We're back to top teams. Italy's champion finished 18-4, having the best record of his
team. And it was a REALLY strong team; we're gonna see more Italians later in the list.
Terence KillSwitzerland
You know who else had a really strong team? Switzerland. It's already their 3rd player in
this list, and it's deserved. Finished 17-5.
CalmWaters
LepantoItaly
CalmWaters and Lepanto both finished 16-4 and are from the same team, so I'm putting them
here together. A great, consistent performace along the whole way, from players of a
great, consistent team.
CraZyEast (and South) Asia
CraZy probably flew under the radar of most people, but his 15-3 is impressive enough to
feature him here. This includes his 2:0 against Switzerland in the quarterfinal, being
Automatix' first loss.
oisinIreland
Discovery of the season. No doubts. 12-2 total, including 4:0 against players who
actually reached the knockouts (France and East Asia). His win rate alone easily puts him
in top 10. If his team advanced futher and he just went with middling 1-1 each knockout
round... his win rate would still be in top 10.
On a side note, great work by Ireland's captain, finding players like oisin and
introducing them to competitive play. Ireland had more than just 1 unknown but promising
player on their lineup.
Honorable mentions: basically anyone in the 75%-80% win rate ballpark lol, the curve gets
pretty flat at this point, just go check the spreadsheet if you're interested:

From the top of my head, alexclusive was 11th on my list, sorry bud. Timinator would
likely be included if he hadn't nonjoined the first round. Flexus was on his way until he
ragequit last round. A bunch of US A players gathered right at the door to top 10, and so
did the rest of ITA A (damn, they really were consistent). TheKai went undefeated, but the sample size just didn't feel big enough. There was Quickman, there was smwokeweep42002 idk who that is, and also yours truly, but if the list goes so long that
it reaches me, it's a sign we've gone too far. Thanks everyone for playing. It was fun organising this. HUGE thanks to JustinR17 for automating all this stuff, it would be impossible to have an event of this scale without you. We had 227 players participating over 1280 games total. Insane.
