It's a simple fact, not simplistic. Iran's economy has been fucked up since the sanctions were put into place. The people accepted to live in a fucked up economy because of propaganda made by the islamic gvt that it was america and israel's fault. But it's impossible to keep a lie for ever and the people changed their minds. They know the sanctions were a response to their government nuclear agenda and they are tired of living in a crumbling economy. If the government steps back, I assure you they will have a lot of troubles ahead.
