Is it intentional, that you proceed to attack phase when deploying your last available unit via clicking, but stay on deploy phase when using the slider to deploy your last armies? (talking about the unity app) Ideally it would auto-advance with the deployment slider too, but that's problematic. For one thing, advancing to the attack phase closes the deployment slider, so it would be weird to have it disappear by dragging the slider up. When will the WarLight in Unity be released for public use and not just member use? No release date has been announced. Once there is one, it will be posted to the blog. Just a possible glitch with the new UI. Whenever I type in the chat box, I typically hit the enter button (instead of clicking Send Message). When I do that, it exits the game and goes to either the Community or Settings page. Are you on the webGL version? If so, this happens since your browser's focus is on one of the UI elements at the top, so pressing enter activates that link. It should be possible to work around by clicking somewhere that's not on a link to ensure it doesn't have focus. In the final release, my plan is to remove all HTML elements from the WebGL page so that this issue doesn't happen. I miss the "Start Game" button The Start Game button was just a shortcut to clicking add/remove and removing all open seats and players who haven't accepted. So you can still do it, it just takes a few more clicks. and the Message >Game "xyz" has just advanced. Do you want to switch to it?< interferes significantly with the play on Smartphone Interesting, can you give me more info on what exactly you're encountering? Are you playing multiple RT games at once, or something? This is triggered by push notifications, so one option is to disable push notifications in the settings menu to stop it.

I noticed a bug when cancelling attacks where no armies are available for that attack. This is when using my phone (Samsung J7 Android).
This can happen when one deploys armies, then one specifies an attack, and then one removes the armies that were deployed. When one wants to cancel the attack (so that the opponent won't see it), the slider for setting the attack does not work properly (presumably because there are no armies available). I have had to click on the number of armies in the text box and change this to 0 to cancel the attack.

I find that the text facility in chat does not work properly on my phone. I am using a Samsung J7 (Android) phone and when I try to chat, the text that I have already written is not visible. This makes editing the chat messages, and in particular correcting typos very difficult.

When using mobile (Samsung J7 Android) I have noticed that the games I create do not fill (real time and multiday). I have told fellow players that the game has been created (real time) but they can not find the game in the list of new games.
However, other people do join the game in spite of my friends not being able to find the game.
I haven't thoroughly researched this bug and ensured that pre-reqs are not involved, but the template I used was one that I successfully used from the desktop.

I have a few games in Unity and a few in flash now and I have to say the interface is still easier in flash, I don't think it's just because I'm more used to it, flash interface just feels a lot easier and I always prefer playing in it.
I know you still have a lot to work on, but will you be revisiting and updated the interface more as well? Just things like clicking on territories but having to be in spectator mode first, and not being able to ctrl+click players/teams to highlight their territories, little things like this that just make Warlight so much easier.
If it helps I could make a list of things that I think are missing/bothersome? I can't find analyse attack either. It could just be that things are in weird places and I haven't found them though?

not being able to ctrl+click players/teams to highlight their territories I messaged Fizzer about this before. Don't expect this feature to come back :( I can't find analyse attack either. It only exists in games that have luck (I think). If the game doesn't have luck, then you need to use the attack/transfer dialogue (but only to see how much armies you need to take over). If you really want this feature, let me know and then I might upload a script that I made earlier that does this.

Yeah, I get that, but with games where the %attack/%defense are different and just want to be sure, it's helpful.
Rather than "how many killed" I would rather see "how many required to kill" since that's the info I actually need, but I can't see that happening either :/

I find that the text facility in chat does not work properly on my phone. I am using a Samsung J7 (Android) phone and when I try to chat, the text that I have already written is not visible. This makes editing the chat messages, and in particular correcting typos very difficult. This is also the case for my phone, Samsung Note 3. I thought I was the only one, so thank you for posting this.

I create a Game in Flash and can´t start it in the Unity app.so i miss the "Start Game" button. You're right, that's a limitation. Sorry about that. when came the Message >Game "xyz" has just advanced. Also, the attack won't do anything since there are no armies for it, so there's no harm in leaving it there. It's still something I would like to fix but it's a low priority for these reasons. Unless you're using a Unity-specific feature like Commerce or Mods, this wouldn't act any differently than creating the game from Flash. Check the prereqs and such. In general though, if you want to play with specific people you should invite those specific people instead of adding open seats, so you don't risk randoms taking seats that you didn't want them to. If the game doesn't have luck, then you need to use the attack/transfer dialogue (but only to see how much armies you need to take over). I still need to figure out what the best way to present kill rates are in no-luck games. I don't like the no-luck graph that exists in Flash. Anyone have an idea on how best to present the data of how many armies to attack with in no-luck games? Oh yes, team select is in statistics, that's ok, and actually it's quite useful as teams are grouped on the graphs now too :)
Can you make clicking on a territory select it, the same as in spectator mode? It's quite frustrating to have to keep switching to it. Maybe there's a reason, but finding out who owns territories while setting up attacks/deploying or viewing orders before commit is really frustrating.
As far as I can tell there's no reason not to show info when selecting enemy territories?
Can we also have a quick button when clicking players in the player list for private messaging them? Unless you want to force players to get used to the chat box method?

Since we are talking about statistics, I have a small request regarding the graphs. Presently when clicking the graphs, the default setting it to show Armies Controlled with Group Teams. Which is fine. But often I go to this window and change the settings to show deploys and then click back to the map. When I return to the graphs, they are once again showing the default settings.
IIRC in the flash version, when you return to the graphs, the setting are set to the last settings used. Could we have a similar behaviour on the Unity version? That is to say, if I look at deploys in the graphs, and then click to the map, when I return to graphs, it should still display deploys.
p.s. I am using my Samsung J7 (Android) to play Warlight.

I am not sure what you mean by custom ROMs. My Samsung J7 phone is out of the box, with a 16 GB memory card added. I have had it for a year, so there are a fair number of apps on it, but not a huge number. Here are some screen caps so you have an idea of what I see. Below is an example where I am writing some text with a spelling error. I have this issue on Redmi 3S with MIUI. Don't know if it is custom or not, but personally i haven't installed anything. I hope the Ctrl+click functionality comes back, because without it, games which give additional armies per territory (like this season for example!) become much more difficult, since it is harder to know if you should take another territory to get an extra army or not. I think it's a bad UX for those two actions to do different things. I definitely found it confusing. Will you make it possible to configure push notifications? I want to be notified that it's my turn in a game, but I don't want my phone to vibrate/ring, and I don't want notifications when 2 days have passed since it became my turn. It is very annoying, so I have to turn notifications off entirely, which is not what I want.
