Sure. i dont mind posting them here instead.
Large improvements would likely occur in my territory at Linyi, Jinan, Busan, Fukuoka and Tokyo
Mild improvements throughout the other Southern japanese provinces and Zhengzhou
And a slight decline in Fuyang and Nangyang.
A larger decline in Akita

Not really sure how the other territories would be affected, maybe the ones recently taken by the Bangali Kingdom would be a bit lower since they would have been run through by military? Could I request the two territories in Bangladesh go up to 6 or 7 each?

With the construction of the holy city of the 4 Gods, and the large benefits given to residents, Pyongyang has grown substantially, now reaching a bonus of 10, other than that, the korean peninsula overall has been becoming more developed with the long peace that has be held over the region for decades, raising Kangye and Kimchaek to 4, and Seoul to 5. (If all this is fine, of course)

Okay so, recently gained territories maybe go down 1 or stay the same, older territories gain 1 or two due to low war providing opportunity to grow and prosper, the two territories in Bangladesh, being the capitol and most populous areas, each go to 10, and the area to the South East of Bangladesh that has been given a port gain 3 or 4 due to it being a source of wealth via trade (if that's cool with you)

So, Hi Chi Minh City was the birth of a religion when it was controlled by the previous player, and now it has been my capital for centuries, untouched by war. I guess that's a development for sure. Lao Cai, my original territory woud have faded into obscurity, but it's just a 3 bonus anyway. Hanoi rose up in importance briefly, but then the capital moved so actually might have gone down in significance overall. With an emphasis on the Viet people, provinces of NHA Trang, Da Nang and Vinh would have gone up, and inland stuff would have gone down. But generally, I've roleplayed a trading empire that produces food, and I've been at peace for most of the game. So, development in the port towns.

I would like a large increase (+2) in all the provinces that border the Volga, I believe these would be: Kalmykia, Samara, Tartarstan, Nihzny Novgorod, Yaroslavl, and Tver. I would like a very large increase (+3) in Saratov and Volgograd. All the other provinces in Russia (green territories) I would like to slightly increase (+1) I would like a very large decrease (-3) in Fars Ahvas Baghad Lebanon and Aleppo A large decrease (-2) in Damascus Rasht Adana Samsun Armenia Deri ez-Zor Mosul Erbil A slight decrease (-1) in Ramandi Tehran Diyarbakir Trabzon Najaf This should decrease the middle east by 36 armies per turn and increase Russia's by 38, which I think is fair. If you think that's too extreme then you can tone it down, but the Russian provinces along the Volga have the most economic growth and many Middle-Eastern cities were sacked, so just remember that.

In Early Aniquity W, The Norse people have, over the course of their civilization, fought against several invaders, taking out other major norse nations, and even conquering the rebels that rose up in Britain, that overthrew their ally. Over the course of this though, their homeland has been left untouched, and the city of Malmo, along with the rest of sweden, has been able to grow in wealth (probably +3 or +2 is good). The Norweigen and Danish areas have increased too, due to it being around 40 years since the wars in the region, and the norse people not wasting the resources of the region, and instead allowing some autonomy in exchange for more troops from the different tribal towns in the regions (Increase of probably just +1).
