On page 19 of this thread, I gave a very detailed log of my 12th super-ascension, which was my first sub-2-week super-ascension. It has all the details like exactly how long each level took, exactly which advancements I went for, and in which order. What boosts (powers/active artifacts) I used for each level.

I'm pretty sure that here, krinid, and Xeno can do daily super-ascension if they really want to. I'm nowhere close to that yet. Speed starts picking up very quickly once you reached a certain level of familiarity of each map and also a certain level of boosts (+AP% and artifacts)

Well it took me 14 months to reach my first super-ascension, and it took me another 13 months to reach my 12th super super-ascension which was what's shown in the log on page 19. It's a result of a lot of grinding.

Do you keep the super ascension levels after super ascension?

You "unlock" the Super Ascension lock on them once and only once via Super Ascension, but they are re-Ascension locked

So the new levels are there to play for all time, if you can get to them (clear or skip all the levels up to EH)

I'm looking at Sora's achievements. I wonder how did Sora acquire a rare artifact without defeating any levels starting from Ursa:Luna.

Probably a CW reward. I guess he already is able to merge all of his rare arties from CW and get an epic one.
