3rd, 4 slots and 25% with insane AV, leg army cache boost, TW, and SAC

Fifth Super Ascend!

New bonus: +25% AP
Kept: Legendary AV, TW, SAC, A$B and ACampB.
Bonuses: +3 slots, +50% AP

Spent more than half of this SA just digging to complete my ACampB upgrade. Even with the CW dig speed bonus, HChina bonus and maxed advancement, it's now a big bottleneck, whereas last time I did similar it wasn't an issue. Probably won't do that again. Starting to think about making an Insane just to get some relief on the slot pressure (vs throwing away Epics each time). Will see how things go with the extra AP and Legendary ACampB, the Epic was nicer than I expected it to be.

240 supers +1650%ap, 32 slots, 5 dig speed, 13900 start ap

Sasc #10 - 22 days - 5 +AP% - 5 slots

251 supers +1650%ap, 32 slots, 5 dig speed, 15000 start ap

Almost threw away an epic, but a 3% dig hit.

9 SAsc's in 3 days, nice pace. And 260 total.

Don't remember how many I have now ... something like:

+1500-1700% AP
63 slots
49x dig speed buffs
~15000 starting AP

So probably ~300-320 SAsc's ... Golly jee, you're catching up!

And yea, definitely don't throw away Epics!

Got two insane upgrading at once, crazy.

Ye, gets crazier if you only basically used 9-10 insanes and left the rest to build at the end lol.

With a few TW procs I could probably have 9 cooking at once since I would have 28 legendaries but most of those are bases for the get all insane artifacts meme goal. I probably would not get the "terrible 8" artifacts to insane so I would most likely do 33/41 insane artifacts. I just keep quitting after doing 1-2 new insanes >.>.

@Xeno, are you playing again? Assume that screenshot was from a non-SAsc'ing session? That's way too many artifacts to actually have slots for everything, over 100

@Ivan, I'm actually surprised you have to many Insanes with only having 5 dig buffs. Are you doing WZIB & Hard Copper with each SAsc?

Yes I'm doing WZIB & Hard Copper with each super (mostly for fun since I'm not trying to get all the insanes right now).

Xeno has more than 134,000 starting ap, thus can super near instantly.

@Ivan, I hear ya, doing Hard Creek & WZIB can break up the monotony of hundreds of SAsc's, lol

@Xeno, I totally missed that post ... congrats, you actually did it. Not sure I understand the message about digging still being boring tho? With the dig speed buffs you added, should be as simple as enable auto-dig, wait 3 mins, take the Epics & Rares, chuck the rest, move on. No? Unless you're upgrading all the UC, C & P's as well? In which case it'd be super tedious.

And knowing that you have actually done it now, I can just point people to you when they ask about "officially finishing Idle", lol ... b/c folks always ask me when I'm doing 134k and I've always said I won't b/c it's not worth it. And even if I did, pretty sure someone would just come along and say "oh but the real Idle completion requirement is actually XXXXXX" which would take another 10,000 SAsc's. I suppose unlocking all Adv's to Max from starting AP except Idle Time is a potential category to add for "official completion", but that's actually fairly easily achievable (esp once you have 134k, lol) so not a huge deal. I think someone threw out "1 year of Idle time", which is laughable, b/c it's obvious that as soon as you get it, they'll just say "it's 10 years Idle time now, keep trying", lol

Besides, even if Fizz did ever add on more Idle levels, it would be too easy with our stats. And if a new phase beyond SAsc is added (ie: not just more levels), he'd likely do something equally player abusing like Asc->SAsc where all artis/adv's get wiped, such as wiping out all SAsc buffs. Tbh, I wouldn't mind it if instead of wiping them all, you cashed them in for "Mega-ascension" buffs.

Imagine Mega-Ascension, where all the levels from Tutorial through Hex are 100x harder (100x more armies, same army camps, merc counts, etc) and 10 new levels that are 1000x harder. And you upgrade Insane artifacts to Ridiculous artifacts, and cash in your SAsc buffs to unlock the next phase of Adv's. 1 SAsc buff unlocks 1 Adv for additional upgrade %. So IACP could increase beyond 500% up to 1000% for example.

I guess it still doesn't solve your situation though where you could still SAsc unlimitedly and thus get every buff at start of Mega-Ascension. But you're the outlier so shouldn't be a significant factor for design of new content.

Well, I could do 1 insane every 2.5 hours or so if I try harded it by just doing HCCC and super ascending. Just takes too much time/effort/clicking so I'm just doing hex 2-3 a day w/o doing a super. Takes a long time to upgrade the ~260 artifacts that you get since the game slows down massively with 150+ artifacts on different upgrade timers but it's overall less tedious since I stop doing it after a day or 2 with no remorse.

Also, considering I triple check that I actually select all my artifacts, so I don't accidentally chuck an insane or legendary. Nahh, hard pass on playing "where is waldo?" with 300 artis to be able to super (I know it's not really hard). I tend to get 0 epic and 0 rares a lot too when doing Hex and that kills me inside too :(. My laptop resolution is low too (720p) so I have less columns too which makes it a pain too when selecting artis. This was the reason I had a hard cap and chucked a few insane artis on purpose to not go above 14 the OCD checking all artis were selected was real lol.

tl;dr it's boring to just play to dig for the sake of digging even if they are instant digs.

I started messing with crafting to get me more motivated via updating my old spreadsheet's crafting tabs.

So maybe "beating idle" means making your computer lock from going so slow. Can Fizzer create more upgrades that add ram to your laptop?

Well, there is a memory leak so even if I had 32-64GB of ram (I have 8GB) I would be out of ram in a few more hours anyway. But I don't think the artifact thing is a memory issue. Considering that the browser tab hard locks for 10 seconds I would think that the artifact slowdown is more CPU bound if anything lol but not really bothered to debug the plausible cause.
