Overpopulation is only defined by lack of technology and space. Technically, overpopulation doesn't exist. But some effects of intense population density are felt in China and India ( Mexico City too ).

However, population booms ACTUALLY spell periods of total economic booms, the continuation of an economic boom and other booming industries. That said, if left unchecked, they do lead to ginormous unhappiness, which means revolts and loss of production capability which totally destroys anyone's early- or mid-game. This is especially true for warmongers who conquer too rapidly for their own good and target too-large cities. However, Population booms ( especially in the late-game ) means you either joined the Freedom ideology ( Because you built small ) or because the new technologies has allowed your fossil of a nation to finally grow your 1 - 5 cities.
The Incas are especially renowned for population booms, which can happen in the Mid-Game to lead to Space Race win while everybody else is building factories! But, they were wiped out in the Mid-Game when they while they were weak with unhappiness-related stunted growth and starvation of cities by Isabella, so we don't have to worry about them anymore!

I'll join a secessionist movement before I see Christianity officially deemed as a "cult" in my country.

Lawlz, you are ignorant of Christianity in so many ways I can not even begin to explain. Christianity does not in any way condone racism. In fact, most abolitionists and civil rights leaders were Christian (Martin Luther King Jr. was a Christian PREACHER for crying out loud).

Christianity is also not sexist. Stating that men and women are different does not equate to stating that one is superior or inferior. However, if I am wrong please do give me some examples about how horribly oppressed Christian women are.

Lastly, do not quote words like freedom when trying to justify abortion. Abortion is murder, and I don't care how you frame it, nobody has the "right" to commit murder. Even if a girl is raped it will not kill her to have the child, and she can easily send it off to adoption if she doesn't want it. It's a horrible situation yes, but killing the child isn't the way to handle it.

It's a shame when people fall prey to the same level of bigotry and prejudice that they claim to oppose.

Well actually you can die sometimes from having a child. But dieing to accomplish his will will be rewarded in heaven.

In normal situations with modern medicine birthing is rarely a lethal process. When I made that comment I was referring to the vast majority of cases.
